By purchasing, using, or accepting this Gift Card, you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of such terms and conditions (as amended from time to time), and the terms set out below. Gift Cards are purchased for the amount stated on the Gift Card and can be used to make purchases online at boohoo.com in the UK only, and not at any affiliate brand website or store, as listed in the full terms and conditions. Gift Cards expire 24 months from the date of activation. A Gift Card cannot be redeemed or used once it has expired. Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash. No cash change will be given on purchases made using a Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards are not cheque guarantee, credit, or charge cards. Gift Cards are not payment instruments under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and the amounts on a Gift Card are not electronic money under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. Boohoo shall not be liable or responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged Gift Cards, or if any Gift Card is used without your permission. Boohoo is unable to replace Gift Card(s) if lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged. Boohoo reserves the right to terminate a Gift Card purchase if it believes that you (or the purchaser using the Gift Card) have breached any of the full terms and conditions. Boohoo reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
